Consultation Services

Design consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

Installation Services

Installation services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with the installation, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments at no additional cost within 14 days of completion.

We gladly offer exchanges for plants of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a higher-value plant, you will be charged the difference. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Maintenance service contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Prepaid maintenance fees will be prorated and refunded for unused services. No refunds are provided for individual missed appointments unless rescheduled in advance.

Plant Health Warranty

All plants come with a 30-day health warranty when enrolled in our maintenance program. This warranty covers plant health issues arising from inherent defects, not from environmental factors or care issues. Warranty claims require documentation of proper care and environmental conditions.
